“Santa Barbara afresh” is nestled in the heart of Dallas’ elite Preston Hollow neighborhood. The vision of Erin Sander Design, together with SHM architects and builder Faulkner Perrin, the home is light, tasteful and positively glorious.

 

We wanted this home to be as welcoming as it is comfortable as we brought together classic lines of Santa Barbara mission-style with great moments of color. We wanted to play off the whimsy of the Tiles of Ezra Moroccan Zellige in the master bathroom. The Tiles of Ezra tiles make a grand entrance to the master bath leading to to the gorgeous soaking tub and framing out the entire space.

The team opted for our EZR0189 Moroccan Zellige mosaic. These mosaics are made to order and so they are completely colour customizable; the blue, natural clay and white selection was the perfect choice to draw all the calming tones in the room together.
