SHIPPING DOMESTIC
Tiles of Ezra ship to all areas of Australia. The shipping costs will depend on the quantity of tiles ordered and where they are being sent to. Once the order is placed, a team member will email with a freight cost to site. This cost will then be included in the final invoice sent to you.
Please note, we require 100% payment in full prior to the dispatch of tiles.
FOR INDENT ORDERS
Quantities under 10Sqm: 100% Payment is required in full.
Quantities over 10Sqm: 50% deposit prior to order, final 50% paid, one week before arrival to site. The deposit shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
Production of order will not commence until the amount due has been paid.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
Don't worry, we ship internationally! We work with designers and private clients worldwide on a weekly basis.
With products that are the highest of quality and a team of high end designers that work closely with all of our clients, it's no surprise that Tiles of Ezra make friendships and relationships worldwide. It is for this very reason our clients return time and time again.

SHIPPING FAQS
Q: Can I pickup the tiles from your warehouse?
A: Tiles of Ezra use third party warehouses that do not allow private client collection of goods due to Occupational Health & Safety concerns. Clients can choose to organise their own freight via registered courier instead. A $66 warehouse picking fee will apply.
Once the goods are picked and the client has been notified that they are ready for collection, the Warehouse will then hold the goods for 3 days, after this period of time the Warehouse will begin charging for storage, Tiles of Ezra will on-charge these fees directly on to the client. Tiles will not be released until fees are paid.
Once the tiles have been collected from the logistics warehouse by client engaged courier, Tiles of Ezra take no responsibility for the state of the tiles. The goods now belong to the client, any damages caused from here on are not the responsibility of Tiles of Ezra.
Q: Can I store the tiles at your warehouse until I need them?
A: Yes, We are more than happy to store your tiles in our warehouse facilities! We charge $10.00/pallet per week. To understand what this charge means to you, please speak to one of our wonderful team member for more information on costs and details.
