Design Down Under | Bloom's Home Episode Three

In this episode, Georgia and Richie are called in to help a nurse with a busy lifestyle who wants more function in her early 1900s home. As they begin to transform the cottage into the house of her dreams, she rethinks her wish list, creating strains on her budget.

Wash the day away; A serene retreat

Georgia & Richie work within the existing shell of the old bathroom to upcycle and salvage their way through this transformation. Using recycled stone offcuts for the floating vanity and EZR1010 Latte from floor to ceiling, they created an earthy bathroom sanctuary that doubles as a laundry, to allow for maximum relaxation and functionality.

Within the constraints of a tight budget, Georgia & Richie created a warm and welcoming ‘heart of the home’ using most of the existing joinery. Our EZRTIER1010 Nieve splashback compliments the expansion of storage space within the kitchen & living areas, and allows for practicality whilst keeping the earthy, neutral aesthetic.

To compliment the new kitchen space, Georgia resourced handcrafted oak cupboards to create even more storage in this smaller space.
