Sale stock is final. No returns or exchanges available. Please ensure you allow minimum 10% for wastage and breakage. 

Shipping:
When placing your order, please select one of the following shipping options at checkout:

1. Pickup from Tullamarine Warehouse (VIC, 3043)
   A $40.00 warehouse handling fee will be applied. This covers the careful handling and preparation of fragile goods for pickup. Once your order is confirmed, Tiles of Ezra will be in contact within 24 hours to provide collection details. 

2. Customer Organised Freight
   If warehouse collection is not suitable, customers may choose to organise their own courier collection. A $65.00 fee will cover shrink wrapping and palletizing to ensure your sensitive freight is securely packed. Customers are responsible for arranging their own freight service. Once your order is confirmed, Tiles of Ezra will be in contact within 24 hours to provide the relevant collection details for your courier.  

3. Customised Shipping Quote
   Need a tailored solution? Select this option and the Tiles of Ezra team will be in contact within 24 hours to organise a shipping method that meets your specific site requirements.
