Dunya Stone Basics

Our Dunya Stone basics collection brings together a range of natural stone tiles, each handcrafted from carefully selected marble and travertine sourced from historic quarries around the world. Every piece carries the unique veining, texture, and geological history, making each tile genuinely one of a kind.

The collection spans a broad palette of natural stone colourways, from the warm terracotta tone of Coral and the sandy neutrality of Dune through to the deep veined character of Tinto, and the softer blush pink tones of Pearl and Cove. Each tile is unglazed and untumbled, a finish that gives the stone a weathered, tactile quality reminiscent of the ancient architecture the collection draws its inspiration from. Our natural stone tiles collection sits alongside Dunya Basics for those building out a broader stone palette across larger projects.

Dunya Stone Basics are well suited to bathrooms, kitchens, fireplaces, and living spaces, where the raw beauty of the stone becomes part of the overall design. The 100x100mm format works particularly well in smaller feature applications, and pairs naturally with our limestone flooring tiles for a symmetrical stone-led scheme.

For those drawn to the handmade aesthetic alongside natural stone, our handmade Moroccan Zellige tiles and Moroccan Zellige basics collection complement the earthy tones of Dunya, while our Zellige tile designs and glass tiles for mosaics offer ways to introduce pattern and contrast into an otherwise grounded stone scheme.

Every tile in the Dunya collection is carefully inspected against the Tiles of Ezra standard, a process developed through years of collaboration with our manufacturing partners to ensure each piece meets our expectations of craftsmanship, finish, and material quality.
